Who is Aaron Crossman?

After a career in professional sports as a performance analyst – using statistics to understand the game’s story and plan/forecast what we wanted to achieve. Every team I worked with in sports had different characteristics and goals they wanted to achieve, and I believe this has benefited me within my financial adviser career.

My approach is to listen first, listen second and listen again.

My approach is to understand whom I speak to. Everyone is unique, and my part is helping craft and build a bespoke plan together.

Now, every plan can be excellent on paper, but just like a match, things can change. From the bounce of the ball to the change in family circumstances, life throws lots of moments your way. I aim to be there when things are good and when roadblocks appear.
